Default Any way to get a performance Swaybar to Lift?

I have been thinking about getting a pair of Hotchkis front and rear bars for my truck for the longest time now.... but I want to wait until after I put the turbo on and get the suspension where I want it to be first.. i.e. coilovers, 4 link and maybe put the stock springs up front for spindles and control arms.

but anyways.. does anybody know how much adding these swaybars will hurt the front to rear weight transfer in our trucks for getting good launches?

I have been pondering the idea of making an endlink that has pivot point for the front awaybar that can allow the bar to not restrict the lift when launching... does anybody know if they make something like this already?? I really want to get these bars on the truck sooner or later, but it would be nice to not hurt my drag performace.
