Default Anybody else hooking up with the GY eagle GT II?

I am aware 01 Thunber is cutting sub 2.0 60' with these tires. I am in the market for some new tires on the stock 16' rim. I am wondering if these are typical results with these tires?

My truck weighs 6000 pounds with me in it and a full tank. Plenty of the weight is in the back.

The GT-II's that I used to have "hooked up" like this:

It is important to mention though that I had 285/60 R16's on 7" rims. The recommended rims for those tires was 8-10" and that DEFINATELY has an effect on what kind of traction you get.

I am running Pirelli Scorpion Zeros in a 275/60 R16 now and can say handling and ride is GREATLY improved. I also have a lesser improvement in lateral traction. I have heard Zeros dry-rot in the sun, but honestly tires never last me long enough to test that...

Not hardly ... I had horrible issues with them. I consider these tires plain DANGEROUS in wet weather.
