For the price of the kit, it may be worth it just for the tube alone. Is the tube metal or plastic? I'm not too big on the chrome or whatever but I could paint it black.

If you have your stock airbox, why not just try and bolt it up?

I'm still running the 9 year old stock air filter lol.
