Default any ideas what this combo is worth?

Ok getting ready to put my new motor it. It is going to be a ls1 with a TR224/224 565/568 on a 112lsa cam. ASM headers, FULLY CNC ported and polished stage 2 5.3 truck heads with hand blended chambers 206 intake and 255 exhaust valves put in and milled down .30 for a little over 11-1 comp ratio. 42lb injectors. arp head studs and rod bolts as i will spin the hell out of this thing. UPD intake and 4.10 gears.

maybe a cam change too to a 231/237 but not sure.

i think parish8 is going to help me tune it with his wideband a-tap and my ls1edit cable (thanks jim )

any idea as to what this thing will put down for #'s????? if i am not happy with it i am going after a t-76 but for now..... N/A

no idea what it will put down but get it to hook and toss a 100shot on there and you will be near the top of the list i bet

i am sure you realize this but 11-1 wont work well if you do boost it.

other thing i see is your cam choices, i would stick with the 224 unless you want to put a much higher stall in there. with the 231 i think someting like a 3800+stall would be needed to get any benifit from it.

That intake valve is too big. Those 5.3 heads will need plenety of work to squeeze in those valves. Get a 2.02 for better flow on a LS1 bore. You must mean a 1.55 exhaust valve, which is the stock size.

That baby should run very strong when its complete.

No worry Jim I have a set of LQ4 heads sitting if I don't like the way this thing runs..... go back to FI then with a little help on turbo selection.-- And I can always restall too if I want a bigger cam! Not too worried

I know before with my blower stall and 4.10s it would blast all-four BFG 285's most of the way through first in 4wd with some serious torque steer. When we tune I think I will have my stock tires and rims on though as that will be what I run at the track this summer.

When we get it tuned I have a grudge match against a 98 WS6 M6 that is BONE stock that will be my first trial run

BigTex- I mispoke They are 1.55 exhaust I think but not sure they just said there is alot of work going to be done to squeeze the intake valves in there but will be WELL (emphasis on "well") worth it according to them. They said they have had some great luck with these valves and the CNC program is going to be a little experimental as the are going for a little better intake polish? not sure

400rwhp I am shooting for NA
