Any dyno comparisons between the truck intake and the LS6 intake?

Default Any dyno comparisons between the truck intake and the LS6 intake?

A bunch of people seem to be doing the swap. Any dyno #/chart comparisons? Trying to figure out if it's worth the hassle.

it is worth it if you spin up to and past 6200 and still want to be makin power

There's an intake comparo thread on this forum that has a nice link to it with like 10 different comparisons on it. I'll search for it if someone else doesn't find it first.

w/ a primarily stock engine the truck intake is proven to increase torque...if you were to put the ls6 on a stock engine you would loose power tremendously!

With an aggressive cam you will see more of a gain out of the ls6 swap. The vic jr swap seems promising if you are after a 90mm throttle for less money. Check out this thread, no acc. relocating.
