Another street truck in the 6's.
#1
I went to the 1/8th mile last night. The density altitude was 3300ft, so I wasn't expecting any good times. The track prep wasn't the best either. I'm trying to decide if I should go back out today, but the heat/humidity will be the same, but track prep will be better.
But I got a new best.
60ft- 1.57
330ft- 4.50
1/8th- 6.95
MPH- 98.79
I found a general correction fomula for density altitude and it says I should have ran a 6.67@103mph.
Here is the proof.
There's alot left in her. It goes pig rich off the line, 9.15:1 air/fuel ratio, then the ecu takes out 15% of the fuel going through the injectors cause there's so much fuel coming from the plate. I'm gonna put a smaller fuel jet in there and see what happens.
