Default another cam question

I was wondering on how much of an improvement I can expect with tuning on my 216/216 114lsa cam? I want to get it dyno tuned. Has anybody with a cam around that size had their truck tuned? When I changed from my stock cam to this one, I only gained about 1 tenth off of my et's. I know that my computer is only reading a stock cam so I was wondering if the gains would be incredible or would it be little gain? What kind of power gains to be made?
Thanks so much

Good programming should give you at least 25hp over stock maybe even closer to 30 in your case.
