How much power will I pick with a tune on a stock truck?

i have 4.8 with diablo programmer(junk need tune) shorty headers cai ans 5.13 gears and still havent gotten beat by any 5.3 or 6.0 on bone stock trans too lol gears do wounders!!!!!
