They're probably all bad...like you said,you had no whine before this. Won't they refund your money?

 

I have not tried to get my money back yet. I will most likely let this one run a few more weeks and then attempt a cash refund to try another brand if it is still whining.

Thanks for all your ideas. This is really stumping me. I feel like there must be an easy or obvious reason that I am not seeing.

 

Get it off ebay, a stock one. if you don't have ebay go to a junk yard and pick one up.
I never buy anything from Napa just Manny Moe and Jack or ebay.
