Default Alot of Problems! Please Help

I have a 02 Silverado z71 5.3 with the 5.3 with 162k miles. For starters I have the cat code and the spark knock senors bank 2 code. I have disappering coolant like gotta top off ever month and no water in oil, slight valve cover leak, some white smoke on start up, burnt a** o2 sensors (all four), and sometimes when I crabk it up it starts and imedently dies and then I crank it again iand it rns rought as sh*t. I've changed the spark plugs and wires, all fluids and filter except power steering and coolant, replace air filter. When I replaced the plugs, the old ones was really wore down and really white. I've also ran sea foam in the gas. Are my problems connected in anyway and what can I do to fix it.

Ummmm one thing at a time. That's like 8 different problems. I'll give you $25 and a box of Cheerios for it.

So...here's my solution(s).

1. Replace cats
2. Replace knock sensors
3. Replace head gaskets and bolts
4. Replace valve cover gaskets
5. Replace O2 sensors
6. Replace fuel pump
7. Replace intake manifold gaskets

So I lied, that's 7 problems instead of 8.

I may be in line with a possible cracked head, or gasket issue

My cats don't seemed clogged up though because it has a lot of pressure coming out of the pipes and when I get on it there ain't no smell closely related to the cats being stoppped up or burned up. Couldn't the coolant be leaking in the intake? Sorry for so many questions at once I just wanted to just ask one time instead of asking at diff times. And Ill gladly take that $25 and the cheerios, they good for you.

Coolant doesn't run thru the intake , only the throttle body.

So there ain't no way for it to be gettin in the intake? And how could I c.heck to see if its the water pump leaking because I don't need anything that's goin to kill me with the price of fixing it. I'm still paying for it.

Also when its hot, there is no pressure in the water lines and you can take the radiator cap off and there will be no pressure.
