I am looking for an intake. Tell me how yours sounds as compared to stock@ WOT.


same as stock-slightly louder-alot louder

i installed the aem brute force and theres a definite increase in sound. not irritating, but when you gun it, you here a hissing noise like its suckin up more air. felt a power difference also.. feels alot stronger especially when you punch it at cruising speeds.

 

K&N-same as stock

 

Alot louder and yes I'd "make" mine again.

 

Honestly really don't really like the sond of my UPD.

yes yes, i did it. i made one like JSmith's and it kicks ***. a lot louder than stock and better.

 

what sorta sound are you getting?

 

I think the K&N is what I am looking for. yelo said that his K&n was the same as stock also, until it cracked. Anybody else had this problem?

 

I can't hear now that I have headers and exhaust but it did make some kind of noise I never got used to.
