I am trying so hard to go run my truck at the track this saturday to get a feel for the new intake, tranny, and gears. I just have one small problem, I do not have a air intake that will fit the edelbrock 90mm TB. I have as of right now a plumbing fixture that allowed me to put the MAF directly in front of the tb and thats it. will this be a problem? I will be running it like this for maybe an hour of tune time and a little 1/4 mile action. The problem is the 90mm tb I have is almost 4.5 inches the maf is 3.5 or so, I have a 4in intake on my CC but the 90 elbow will not fit over the tb. I think it is to late in the week to try and order something but maybe you guys have some ideas.

 

I think the throttle will cause turbulence and make the MAF read goofy.

Maybe as a last resort, I will try and get something together in the next day or so
