Who has them and what brand and size are you running? My factory radiator hasn't had any issues with cooling but want to swap over to a thicker aluminum radiator with a fill cap and just curious to see what you guys have come up with.

I run the Chinese aluminum radiator from ShepherdAutoParts (pretty much the only one in the business of aluminum rads). You can shell out $1200+ for the "high end name brand" cores that offer a negligible performance boost over the Chinese ones for $120.
They don't have fill caps built in but it should be pretty easy to add one to the existing plumbing.

Can you guys post pics of your setups?
Im interested in this as well, ive got a couple Koyo radiators laying around from other projects and was curious to see how hard it would be to make it work on my truck.

I replaced my 28 inch with a replacement 34 inch core. It was over 90 today in SoCal and my temp never went over 195 climbing hills in overdrive with a/c blasting. You can spend a ton of money if you want, but I like to "keep it simple". Just my two cents.

Slightly more efficient than the stock 34" radiator. Before the lowest I could coax the temps to at idle was 179 degrees, now it holds it at 160 degrees steady (unless the AC is on at idle, then it gets heat creep due to insufficient airflow). I think I could greatly improve it at idle with real efans instead of the dual Tork fans I'm running now.
The big thing is the aluminum end tanks with integral oil and trans coolers (I don't use either right now lol). No threat of it splitting or exploding and the welding job is pretty good. The oil cooler will definitely be used for the turbo though
. Weight-wise it's about half as heavy as the stock core (I was quite suspicious when I first pulled it out of the box haha).
On the downside...the stock cooler would not cause instant burns if you happened to brush the end tanks or core by accident. This one...I've touched a couple of time by accident and have always gotten blisters. Particularly the radiator support ears on top, the whole thing is solid aluminum and those ears are perfectly positioned for resting arms on...
