If you are truly going to a 6 liter with a stroker, then get LS1 edit. It is more difficult, but it lets you do much more. Change injectors, modify timing in a certain area not every area like the diablo, part throttle tuning, etc...

You can spend a week reading the tuning section and learn what to do with Edit.
