Default 90mm cable throttle bodies...

I am in the market for a 90mm tb for my new setup and was wondering who all is offering these now for the Gen3 cable opperated vehicles? With my Kenne Bell I can use either the Gen3 3-bolt or the Gen4 4-bolt style. I am looking for one that is functionally sound but won't break the bank. I know in the past the Nick Willams was the perfered cable driven 90 but was up there in the same price range as the less superior FAST 90. Are there any new comers with more economical big throttle bodies?

the best i've found so far is the Nick Williams. Cheapest price i could find was $370 i think. Wilson manifolds makes a nice one as well around the same price.

Nick Williams and UMI are the only two that I know of. I have used them both and they are both nice pieces. The UMI is much more expensive for some reason.

You might get some better responses searching and asking over on LS1tech. I think I remember reading that Nick Williams isn't making them anymore, and I thought I saw a new company or two that are but I can't remember off-hand who they are.

Whichever way you go, make sure they set up the throttle cable cams for the truck instead of the f-body. The lengths are different and if you get the wrong one you'll have to custom-fab a cable bracket.

Well after a few Google searches I have found 12 different 90+mm cable throttle bodies for either ls1(3bolt) or ls2(4bolt) applications. Oh the decisions.
What I have found:
-Holly 90mm billet 4bolt
-LPE 90mm cast 4bolt
-UMI 90mm cast 4bolt
-FAST 90mm cast 3bolt
-PTM 90mm billet 3bolt
-Nick Williams 90mm cast 3bolt
-Edelbrock 90mm cast 3or4bolt
-Blue Maxx 90mm billet 3or4bolt
-FAST Big Mouth 92mm billet 3bolt
-Professional products 96mm ? ?
-MSD 90mm cast 4bolt
-Wilson Manifolds 90 & 95mm cast 3bolt.

The Professional Products was the cheapest of them all at $176 but I can not find any additional info on the 96mm, just on their 80&85mm offerings. The MSD was the most expensive at $550.

I think I want to use a 4bolt TB so I can remove the adapter on the KB J-tube as I am not sure if the adapter is a full 90mm or not. So it looks like a toss up between the UMI, Edelbrock and the Blue Maxx as they are all similar in price unless I can find out some more info on the ProProd 96mm.

That KB blower inlet should be 93mm so you should be fine with that. The nick williams TB is very nice. Curt has one, works well.

Thanks for the info Adam. I dont think the 96mm would benifit me anyway since, as Randy said, the main flange on the KB tube is only 93mm unless I break out the die grinder.
I can add one more to the list, the TPiS 90mm billet 3/4bolt. After reading thru some threads on tech, the NW, PTM, TPiS, UMI and Holly all got good reviews. So right now I am leaning toward the Holly if I can find a good price on it due to its 4bolt only style as the FAST style TB's will hang over the KB flange on the top side.
