11 psi on a P1, pretty impressive. all you have changed is a riechard racing pulley?

Yep. Bigger intercooler too. I saw 10.5-11 psi depending on the weather before the intercooler.

I have a 3.4" Reichard pulley and bigger idlers coming.

The only other thing I've done is fabbed a little brace to reduce supercharger bracket flex.

haha exactly why I am fabbing all new bracketry, nobody wants to believe me that flex in the brackets is the reason they are chunkin belts. do you have any pics of the brace?

Heres the brace. Before the brace, I could push on the blower and flex the bracket about 30 thousandths. After the brace, it flexes about 5 thousandths. (checked at the supercharger pulley with a micrometer.)

I think if you machined the brackets out of a good grade of steel, and put a brace like that on it, you'd have a pretty solid setup for a F1.

Sorry for highjacking. 1BAD, Have you thought about a larger crank pulley so you could go with a larger than stock supercharger pulley and still get 9 psi?

Is the larger crank pulley the underdrive pulley? No, I haven't thought of that. If the underdrive pulley turns the accessories slower, it would turn the supercharger slower to.

No, an underdrive pulley is smaller. He is talking a larger crank pulley, but it will turn everything faster, including the alternator, and power steering, a/c.
