As far as the milage thing goes, there is little to no difference in milage with the Maggie.... It has an vacuum operated valve that lets the supercharger "freewheel" when your not on the gas hard... If you have your foot in it, it'll obiviously be worse... City driving my milage actually improved a bit because it had better torque to get the truck moving with less effort. With all the mods I did to mine, I still get 15.5 to 16 mpg at 55 rural driving.
