It's a GPI stage 2. Aaron at GPI said I should be around 430-440 with my mods.

I just called them and told them what I wanted and what mods I had. They first recommended their vvt1 but decided the vvt2 might be better once I get my heads. But it's just a vvt2 I know the lift is .646/.638.

Ok yeah my lift mirrored the cam in my silverado.. .615/.585... or there about!! I have it somewhere, in my build thread maybe.... i wanted something that would idle fairly smooth and be good on long trips, etc as its the family wagon/dd/trip vehicle...

That sounds good, are you using the stock convertor? What did you do to heads?
