Default 6.0l swap??

I have a 99 esb chevy with a 5.3l and was wandering what would be involved in swaping to a 6.0l. For this swap do i need a differant wiring harness or any other spasific parts. if i buy a complete motor do i just take mine out and put the new one in or do i have to swap parts over from one to the other. and i would buy a used 6l and was wondering if it would be worth my while to put main and rod bearings in it. and can and would a 60e hold a 6l with lts a cam maybe the size of a tr224 and intake and cat back. if the 60e had servos, shift kit and b+m supercooler on it. and where does a 224 cam start making its power. any help would be appriciated.
