Danny, Welcome to the site.
The link posted above is for a NBS 4.3 to v8 swap, You are doing a 4.8 to 6.0 swap which means all you need is a 6.0 shortblock. All of your engine accessories will bolt on to the 6.0 engine, but if i were you i would contact Nelson Performance and get a custom tune for the 6.0 instead of reflashing your computer to the stock 6.0 tune because the stock tune is very restricted when it comes to the engines max. performance. Your transmission will need some beefed up internal parts to handle the 6.0's unleashed HP and TQ i would recomend purchasing a built tranny from FLT (Finish Line Transmission) a sponsor of the site. I have yet to hear any negative feedback from any of their customers and they have great customer service. Let us know what you want out of your truck as for as power where we can help you pick a combination of parts to meet your goals.

The search function is very useful here, almost 95% of questions posted have been asked before.
