Took the 1st trip with the truck. Trans is doing great. It even held up to pulling the neighbors skid steer out of a muddy ditch. I averaged 17 MPG on a 720 mile trip.

Default lq9 or lq4?

I have a 5.3 silverado but i want to swap it to a 6.0, Some guy from ebay told me that only a lq4 engine fits my truck. but im not sure... anyone know which will fit? and around how mcuh are the 6.0 engines? and what else do i need for the swap?please help..

LQ4 LQ9 LS1 LS6 LM7 LR4 all of them are the same outside deminsions and will fit.
