Default 6.0 PCM Programming (swap)

I think I'm going to drop a LQ4 (6.0) inplace 5.3 I know that this block will drop straight my 2002 SCSB if the block is a 2001. When I do this swap... how do I program the PCM for the 6.0 fine tunning. I know you don't need to program it to run, but to tune it is what I wanna know...
