Default 6.0 head valve size

I have a set of iron heads off a 99 6.0L that are fine except a couple of header bolts are broken off on one side. I also have a set of aluminum 6.0L heads from an 04 LQ9. A couple of valves on the aluminum heads are bent. Can I just swap the valves from the iron heads to the aluminum ones or are they different somehow?
