Default 6.0 excab z71 cam question.

Has anyone had any experience with Howards 190375-12 cam? Seems like a decent low to mid range power for a 6.0 in a heavy truck? 224/230, .604/ 609, 112 with 3 degrees of overlap. My current cam sucks down low but it was my mistake for choosing it and not looking into excessive overlap. Its a tick torque max stage II for ls1. 227/235, .618/.605, 110+3 with 11 degress of overlap. Too big for my setup. Thanks in advance!

I ran a eps 223 226 610 605 110+4 in one of my old 5.3 setups and it worked great.
I was still able to tow just fine with it with my lifted truck on 36" swampers

What converter do you have? Define low/mid power.
