If not, then I may need to start thinking about the future of my injectors, i hope I can break 500 with my setup, but who knows what this pos Whipple will end up doing
The 42lb injectors will be maxed out at 500rwhp and I was thinks if you are talking upgrade why not go with a larger injector that fits the application.I'm currently running 57lb injectors but had to space the fuel rails and change the plugs on the injectors.

I'm running 42pounders now, I bought em back when i had the 4.8 and at the time did not expect the truck to turn into what it has. I guess after I see what it does on the dyno I will know what I need. I definatley would rather have an injector bigger than needed than one too small or just big enough.

if you do the lightning injectors you should have enough fuel. the truck i've been driving every day is an 04' that maxes the maf with ease and the lightning injectors are enough to fuel it. the 42's that came with the radix were too small though.

I'd go back and look at my 2004 fuel system trials. 60 lbers will get you there. If you want to try the voltage booster I'll be happy to sell you mine at a good discount. Mine was the previous red model from Magnuson... not the shiny polished new style.

I'd really like a 90mm TB setup to go with the next round of mods.
Since the bottom end is staying stock, I may add rod bolts and some forged pistons, but that may be out of my $$ range right now.
The 90mm will help as will a good air filter and some kind of Ram Air if you can fab something up. The cooler you can get the IAT the more timing you can run. The after cooling in the manifold is to small IMHO. Do you know what kind of timing your running?

So........ what decisions/actions have you taken? Has the 500 rwhp/torque wish become reality?
