Default 5.7 performance

Does anyone have any ideas to get more power outta the 5.7 vortecs? already done magnaflow exhaust, true duals from factory, 373 gears in the rear, kn cold air, hypertech max energy programmer, and 160 thermostat. been thinking bout custom tunes and absolutely any engine mods i can do. Will have a LS motor in one day but not now. any suggestions would be helpful.

Long tube headers yet?? You need a Cam/converter combo...and after that if you want more get some vortec style cnc heads and larger intake manifold/throttle body setup...all of that would need a custom tune to optimize it...
And actually a good set of roller rockers will help out as well electric fans and even a ud pulley

get rid of the handheld tuner...that=poop, get a custom tune from one of the sponsors to the right of the screen---->

save your money for an engine swap and just drive with this truck how it is for now...why blow money on this motor if your just gonna swap it out? save all that money and get your next engine faster
