Default 5.7 build questions

Got a 97 vortech 2500 with a 4 bolt main. I was wanting to get som more low end grunt out of it and still get good fuel milage out of it since i drive 100 miles a day. I was thinking of a cam of some sort throttle body spacer and what ever eles u guys would think will do the trick

All of the little bolt-ons help to a point. Tuning is the biggest key, just have to find somebody to do one that old.
