Final measurements reaserch says:

Big end = 2.10"
small end = 0.927"
End center to end center = 6.098"

Take some pics when done!
The zig-zag will have to wait. I just want to make a non-working part first for show and tell demos here at work. Its more to show machine cutting capability, accuracy, and finsh making capability.
That's what sells machines! I will post up pics when done with my first couple of parts.

length 6.098
wrist pin .945 ( the sbc rods that people are using 6.125, use the .927 pin thus why there are pistons made for them)
bearing id 2.100
bearing od 2.225 (roughly with calipers here in the shop)

Thanks for the real world dimensions.
How thick are the walls on either bearing end?
Just looking to see how much meat you need to keep them from flying apart in the engine.
Thanks.

The thickness of the lower cap in center is .250 and the lower and upper ends are .943 wide. You really need a rod to pattern after.
