Default 5.3l to a 6.0l?

I have been hearing some rumors that a 4.8l, 5.3l and a 6.0l blocks are all the same, and the bore size is to, and to change a 4.8l or 5.3l to a 6.0 all you have to do is get the 6.0 crank and rods, is this true?

no. the blocks are different. But, the swap is a rather easy one. The 6.0 will drop right in
