5.3 vs 6.0

How much of a gain is there between a 5.3 and a 6.0 liter motor?My truck runs a 14.5 @ 93, what will it run if I put a 6.0 liter in it?

Well i just got my swap done and went to get it tuned and run 310 and 360 ft lbs. Oh that was at 5100 on the first pass when my driveshaft broke and f my truck up.
