5.3 seems slow for mods done.. any help?

I just got a 2004 gmc with the 5.3 Its a ecsb, and has 17in dinali wheels. Its got a 4in cai, flowmaster muffler, 3.73, and a street tune with all torque management taken out. it only ran a 10.45 at 69 mph in the 1/8! I was pretty disapointed....
my 02 chevy ecsb with 3.42 gears, stock rims and tires, 4in cai, and nothing else ran 10.20's and 30's at 70-71 mph
my 04 has my mods listed above in my previous post and runs slower. I just dont get it. I also have a corvette servo in the trans as well....
I wonder if the tune is off or something. I have heard of people just having the torque management taken out and picking up 3 tenths in the 1/8th

what was your 60ft. time? in my experience this makes all the difference....i asume you were hooking up pretty good with and ec and i would think the 3.73 would do good.......buy i dunno..........i have an 02 rcsb with a 5.3 and 3.42 with a CAI and 3" exhaust and it ran a 10 flat 1/8th so that might be about right bc of the weight difference.........
