Default 5.3 longblock reasonable

I want know what a price I should sell without lowballer. Pulled out my truck 2006 silverado I'm first owner and running ever since before I swapped to forged 5:7 for turbo. So anyway I installed brand new comp cam 225/225, ls7 lifter, chromaolly 7.4 pushrod, jp timing chain, damper support, melling oil pump, stock 706 seat with btr dual .650 springs, arp headstuds mls head gasket. All new gasket. Front timing cover and rear. Include new h3 oil pan. Pistons are very clean. All parts are 0 miles. But the engine itself is 190,000. Ran oil 5w30 royal purple for 9 years. No burn. I was thinking asking for $1000 is that reasonable for the longblock
