If you want to stay legal, you should check with local and state laws about what you are doing. Most states (if not all) will not allow a carb'ed engine, if the vehicle did not come like that from the factory.


But as mentioned above, GM makes a swap available (intake and ignition controller) - MSD also make an ignition controller for the LSx type motors.
