Ive noticed alot of people are swapping that 212/218 cam out for something bigger.

 

im running a big cam and pushing 301 to the wheels. the tr220 would be a good cam with a 3000 stall. even in an ext cab.

The 220 isn't all that big. With a stall and good tuning you won't even notice any drivability loss. I ran the 226 cam for a while and will be going back to it when the big truck is put back to N/A duty..
