Post 5.3 to 6.2 engine swap?

Im thinking of swapping my 5.3 to a newer 405hp 6.2L. I havent done much research on it, just wondering if you guys have made the same swap and how bigga pain it is to do?

you *have to change the reluct or wheel or use linginef/lter box from there everything should be easy DI have used the box and had a couple of problems but as longest use mount it in a place where v decent get too much frequency it should work fine with out a problem the box I_havE _Use it and works fine the box is about $250

+1, can't remember when and where I read it (well, I'm sure that I read it either here or on Tech), but I remember reading of some issues with the boxes...

Do the boxes convert old to new (24 to 58) or the other way around? I know that they don't do both...
