Default 5.3 05 gto

will the cam, springs, retainers and push rods fit in my 5.3 03 serria? if so how much of a gain should i look for? of course it would need tuning im already planing for that but is the any cam sensor issues i should be looking for? thanks in advance

Not quite sure what your asking here. You looking to put a stock GTO cam in your truck? If so, I'm not sure that it would even be worth it. What are the specs on the cam?

05 GTOs have LS2s, right? If that is the case, the cam won't work becasue your truck has it's cam sensor in the back of the block, and your GTO has it in the front.

Pushrods are the same from GTO to truck and the springs and retainers will swap over. Not sure what springs the GTO has though. Maybe they are LS6's?
