Default 4X4 guys, how are you launcing?

I know this has been asked but I can't find anything substantial.

I used to just launch in Auto 4wh but now it is not cutting it. With the addition of the TC and headers I can now spin the tires too easily (even with the almost 33" tires) so I am forced to stick it in 4wh High until I get off the line a bit then switch to 2wh drive on the fly. Doing this can't be good but has netted me my fastest times so far with a bunch of high 14s.

Is there a particular tire/rim combo you guys use at the track that will simulate the height of a stock 265/75/16 tire?

I can no longer use Auto 4x4 because the truck seems to almost vibrate when under WOT from a stock like it is fighting the power and it noticibly slows me down.

NM, changed my search parameters and found what I needed. Seems you all are doing what I tried last night. LOL

So I guess I will stick with it.

I haven't had a problem with auto 4WD yet. Left foot stands on the brake and the right foot keeps the gas on the floor. The only foot that moves in the left one when the 3rd amber lights
