They're listed for 03-05 2wd & 4x4's, but 97AGGIE said he installed a set on an 02 2500HD 2wd and they fit. Still haven't heard of anybody installing a set on a 99-02 4x4, so I don't have a solid answer. Not sure what would be different between 99-02 and 03-05 that would cause a fitment problem though. They don't have provisions for AIR or EGR if that's a concern. I inquired with StainlessWorks a few months back if they would fit my truck and they stated that they haven't test fit them on 99-02's, but if I wanted to try them out and they didn't fit, they would refund my money minus shipping. If I had the cash right now I'd have a solid answer, but unfortunately I'm tapped....(donations welcome )
