no, it isn't maxed out, i did see a peak of 60lb's wich might be maxed but that was just one spot, most of the run is in the 55lb range. i think it just changes the way the motor breaths. every combo i have had a cut out on has shown about a 1 point leaning with the cut out open.
Wow, my cutout only leans it out about 2/10ths of a point. Maybe its because I have dual magnaflows and its not as restrictive as stock.

I'm curious to see an efilive log of a run. I want to see how much airflow you have at the bottom of a shift vs. the top. Is there anyway you could post one?

How much more torque do you expect the planned 408 to make at the same RPM? What RPMs are you getting to?

It's going to push more airflow at the same level so I'd assume you should be able to brake stall more...
