Nicely Done Jim !!!!

y'know though...on the '97 that I helped do the same swap in we didn't need an adapter harness or different driveshafts......it might just have been the OBS trucks wiring is different than the NBS

what part do you want me to measure from?

the driveshaft thing is really nothing, i can get one shortened for $40 and they do it in one day. it was $75 per shaft and that included new u joints. if they can do it in omaha i would think most citys would have a place that could do it.

that would be cool, some 2wd drive shaft info would be good too. does the yolk on the 1500drive shaft fit the 4l80 tranny? if not does the u joint on the 2500 shaft fit the 1500 rear? if not did you have any trouble geting the driveline company to merge the 2 shafts?

No the stock yoke won't work, but all you need is the yoke for a TH4OO and a special u-joint to make the stock driveshaft work,no driveshaft shortening is needed on the 2wd.I'll try to find the Spicer part number.

Oh, I don't need an exact measurement, just a round-about figure will be fine. But if you have to crawl under there anyway, could ya measure from the tailshaft housing to the yoke on the rear end? Thanks.
