Default 4.8 to 427

I have a 03 with a 4.8 I want to put a 6.0 stoker motor in it or a 427. Need to know is there any difference (wiring harness, sensors, etc.) from the 4.8 to the 5.3 or will I be fine. Thanks for all your help.

4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0 will all run in a truck with the same wire harness and setup.

i'm interested in making a similair swap in the future. What are the most cubes that can be pulled out of 6.0 block without stroking it? what size injectors would need to be run? any idea on the hp/tq if i used a 218/224 cam and head package? sorry about all the questions, just that this is what i've been thinking of doing. thanks.

If you offset ground the stock crank you could get around 385ci outta the block with a 4.06" bore.

You could probably get around 400rwhp outta a 375 with the combo you described. <---Just a guess.
