has anyone on here done heads/cam on a 4.3L ???? i am thinking of doing this over the summer-

The cam will cost about $280 (going with either medium or big cam)
But i would like some estimates on head work-
Prices on-
Port polish$
CC machining$
3 way valve job w/ Ferrea 2.02 / 1.6 valves$
Shave valve guides for new comp cams valve springs$
1.5 roller rockers$
Total$

LAST BUT NO LEAST- HOW MUCH DOES A CAM/HEAD INSTALLATION COST?

Anywhere i can send them that is reputable and fair on pricing?

Also is all of the worth it?- (P.S. i cant go any bigger than stock roller rocker ratio with a .490+ lift cam due the valves hitting the pistons)

What should i expect to gain HP/TRQ wise with a tune (that tune would also incorperate nitrous maybe a 75 shot?) - maybe 50 or 60 whp? w/ bigger fuel pump?
