Default 4.3 or 4.8 swap to 6.0

Needing some help and advise. I currently am looking for a gmc regular cab short bed white 99 to 02. My question is i have a option to buy everything i need off of a 2002 hd ect cab short bed 6.0 with very low miles. I need to know everything i would need to use this motor ie computer new motor mounts driveshaft radiator so on. Also would this be easier to start with a 4.3 4.8 or 5.3 or is there not much difference. Thanks

If you are going to use the 6.0L and swap it on what ever truck you buy ( engine wise ) the engine will work fine. many of the motorheads on the site have done the swap and from what i now from them is it works fine. it just depends on what options such as pw pl ect you want on your truck and how much you want to spend. but since you are going to swap out the engine i would buy a 4.8L just b/c its un upgrade from the base model v6. i personally wanted the 5.3L reg cab step side just b/c it is a hard to find truck. at least where i live! but if you are going to use the 6.0L i would get the 4.8L truck just because the truck it self looks nicer than the v6. and the engine mounts drive shaft ect should work just fine w/ the truck you want.
