Default 350 water leak ? maybe engine seal?

hello dont konw if this is in the right place well here goes.

i have had a 90 chevy rcsb with the 350 auto for about a week this thing has awesome torque down low smokes the tires easyly , but last night i beat the hell out of it when i got home i saw water with with like reddish leaking, . My dad told me it might be a engine seal , or maybe the water pump. im hoping its the water pump . btw the truck shows 240,000 miles but i beat a new rcsb 4.6.this thing smokes the one wheel fury like nothing .
anyone know what it might be?

Check the rear corners of the intake, that's one of the common leak areas for those small blocks. Could be the water pump also, or a hose, radiator, etc.

If the substance leaking is red in color. It could be your transmission and/or power steering fluid. Just a thought.

yeah check the tranny because of the color. I have had intake gasket trouble on 2 different vortecs but that doesnt apply here i guess.

Sounds like the radiator tranny cooler has ruptured and tranny fluid is getting mixed with radiator fluid, check the seepage hole on the bottom of the water pump and check you radiator for leaks, the fins and tanks.

Yes, Sir!!! My 96 chevy with the infamous 305ci the intake gasket has gone badd twice.

If it's not the intake gasket check the other places mentioned.
