You won't have to rev the motor when you take off the converter will behave pretty much like a stock converter[at least a TT3000 does]at low revs and part throttle, then come to life when you hammer it.

For a second I was thinking, wow, someone actually cares enough about one of my threads to bring it back for the dead. I was wrong.

Which converter did you end up buying?

my yank tt3000 was not near as aggressive as I thought it would be
it acts like stock until you get in it

I believe you could play a tt3000 off easily

If they question it
just tell em the stock ones weak and could severly damage the
tranny if you hadnt of changed it

, plus I will be saving about $1000 for other mods. BTW, the tires I have now are pretty messed up (for doing some things in the parking lot , bad idea) so I don't need this to ware them out faster anyway.
1000 for other mods will wear them out too
and probably not give you the gains of a verter $/$

You really should start your own thread for this, instead of bumping an 8 year old thread. But KUDO's for using the search feature.

Info about the rest of your setup would sure helpful in making a recommendation for a converter though. Be sure to include that in your post, or fill out your siggy so we know what you have. FWIW, I have several customers that daily drive 3200 converters without any complaints or issues.
