Highly recomend a stall around 3200 to 3600. When we first got the cam in I had problems keepin it runnin at red lights lol but after nelson did his s/d tune the idle was fixed and it really came alive. Huge difference in power, awsome! I wouldnt step down a size at all on a 6.0l. I just bought a 3200 stall and I cant wait to get it in. But with the stock stall it takes a second for the power to kick in but when it dose you better have good traction cause it lights up my 295-45-20 up easy. So far the cam has been in for about a month 1/2, you will really enjoy it

See mine isn't really 3 inch inlet it is whatever matches the stock diameter the best. The muffler is a 2 1/2 inlet and outlet muffler and the inlet side is opened to match the stock size piping and the outlet is just standard 2 1/2. I think removing the cats is what ulimately what killed the bottom end the most
OH those dyno numbers where b4 cam, pulleys, and live tune

I changed from a single 3 inch exhaust to a true dual 2.5' in/out 2.25" with a single muffler. 2.25" was the biggest we could get over the rear axle with the lowering kit. After reading flow charts, there wasn't a huge difference from 2.25/2.5 diameters, at least not while running dual exhaust. I have notice peak pulling power moved from 5500 rpm, down to a more usable 4500 rpm. After I raise the truck back to stock hieght, I possibly will change the tailpipes to 2.5" to see what effect that might have.
