Default 243 heads help asap!!!!!!!!

IM About to buy some 243 heads for $250 should i get them or just save my money and buy after market heads for my 408 stroker build please help fellas
its for a N/A motor

Buy 'em if they look good. You can always sell them later for $350-400 pretty easily.

250 is a great price if u change ur mind later I'm quite sure u would get ur money back and then some. If its a weekend warrior I think the 243 would be fine if its an all out race motor or FI motor than after market

It doesnt have a a casting number he grinded them off so how can i tell if there 243's

I would pass then. If they are true 243's, anyone would be dumb to grind that off.

I believe 243's have like a triangle casting below the exhuast side of the cylinder. I thought I had a pic let me check and get back with ya.
