Default 224/227 .563/.569 114 LSA-Driveability?

What do you guys think the driveability would be like with this cam from Thunder Racing 224/227 .563/.569 114 LSA? I am wanting to go with a bigger cam than I have now but I don't want to kill how driveable my truck is now. It looks like it would be a good nitrous cam and I am running a TT3000 so that should be enough stall I would think, let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

I think it would be a great match for your truck. Drivability will be great after you get it tuned. I can still get my truck to stall in parking lot situations but its rare. Low rpm crusing around town is also alot stronger than the stock cam so no worries

I have the comp 222/224 Ill sell you. Its the biggest I would go in a 5.3 personally.

Klug I think with the 6L and the stall that you have that it would perfect and also give you a nice performance gain with some lope also.

Yeah I have been going back and forth about a bigger cam for awhile now but I am just really worried about losing my lowend power that I have now. I don't want to get a bigger stall than I have right now either.

well I'm running a 223 225 564 571 114, and pull 1.80 60' times with 4.10's and a 2500 stall. If your putting it in the 6.0 it will be fine. what stall do you have now?

I am currently running a 216/224 551/551 115lsa Vinci, I know that the LQ9 would respond well to something like a 224 but my truck is damn heavy, like 5200 pounds.
