what would my tsp220 be like in an lq4? i might be swapping a 6.0 real soon.

I think that it will work well, the power curve will come on sooner than your 5.3, but will still be good with your TB converter.

would it still pull past 6k? and that would be a good thing if it came a little earlier.

Yes, I'm pretty certain that it would pull past 6k...6200-6400 would be my guess...
