I would recommend the 918 springs for longevity. I have this cam in my 6L truck and I used the comp pushrods and springs specified in their catalog for the cam. Everything seems to be fine so far but I've put a whole 6 miles on the truck so far, lol. I used stock lifters, retainers, valves, etc.

With a 560 lift, I would get the 918's just for extra insurance and longevity. Hell, I got them for my 531 lift. My .02.

Yea, I think the stock springs are only good for 13 or 14mm which is about .52-.56. I put 918's in mine and my cam is only 512 525 I think, but not much. I am using the stock pushrods though. Thats a nice cam, I wish I would have gone bigger Maybe next month

I agree, with that much lift, I wold go 918's. Some 7.400 hardened pushrods would be fine.

I run that exact cam too in my 5.3L. I use 918 springs, titanium retainers (though stock retainers are fine) and Thunder Racing 7.400 hardened pushrods.
